Planned generator

The term 'Planned generator' as it applies to the area of energy can be defined as ' A proposal by a company to install electric generating equipment at an existing or planned facility or site. The proposal is based on the owner having obtained either (1) all environmental and regulatory approvals, (2) a signed contract for the electric energy, or (3) financial closure for the facility'.
